We stayed for 3 nights and our expectations were exceeded. The hotel is in a good location for exploring the whole island. Our room was in a great position, overlooking the pool, was comfortable and air conditioned. The hotel’s garden, food and cocktails were all brilliant. A taxi into Hanga Roa was only 5000 CLP. We hired a car from the hotel for the day so we could explore ourselves. We then had a half day excursion with a brilliant guide the following day. She was the president of (I think) the tourism board in Rapa Nui. Learning and seeing the Moais was definitely the highlight of the trip.

Iorana! My stay at Taura'a was great for many reasons. Edith the host of the place was so friendly, caring and helpful! Her breakfasts were delicious, filling and vegetarian/vegan friendly! The room was spacious and cleaned every day, bed cozy and the bathroom well-equipped. The hotel had a unique atmosphere with its all artistic wooden sculptures and flower decorations. The location was so close to a bakery, market, restaurant and many souvenir shops and tourist attractions. One could easily reach a coastal path and go for a walk to see nearby town moais spread on the way and reach Ahu Tahai. Mauruuru for this experience!

A very impressive meeting! The host Lolita was extremely caring, kind, and pleasant. I was delighted with the hospitality. I am amazed at how warmly I was greeted here! Perhaps the best experience in the history of my travels. Special thanks for the flowers! It touched me very much! The hotel is excellent, well-kept beautiful territory. Internet star-link! We had an excellent stay at Chez for 3 nights . Delphine the owner was always there if needed with a smiling face to greet you. Very quiet location and just a short stroll to sunset Moai . Highly recommend to anyone. Rosanna was an excellent person who made a sensational breakfast. Thanks heaps Keith
