I loved everything about AYCA La Flora Boutique Hotel.My room was very spacious and serviced daily.Sleep quality was excellent....Breakfast each morning was amazing-a great variety of food was served and this was more than enough to set me up for the day....Location was perfect-a short walk to Plaza Sotomayor...I loved the personal touches in the room-free water flask,etc. . .The staff really made my stay enjoyable.I want to thank my hosts Ann and Alex especially but also Jonathan,Benjamin and Baz....This is a delightful place to stay-affordable,convenient and very welcoming...Top marks....10 out of 10.

Originally we had booked another place in Valpariso. Though we had booked it 6 months beforehand, they cancelled, while we were flying in. We were desperately searching for an alternative in the very booked out town. And we found this lovely place. Still walking distance to the sights to see, a fantastic view over the bay and most of all, very helpful and friendly staff. As we had planned our new year’s eve with the other place, we had no more dinner and nothing to welcome the new year. Carolina arranged everything for us last minute and saved our night! I can't say enough good things about Esencia and everyone there. My stay was absolutely perfect! Much better than I was expecting. Starting with the communication days before my arrival, I received all the information that I needed. Upon my arrival I was pleased by how cute the place is and a really nice neighbourhood. The check-in process was a breeze. They also gave me a couple of great recommendations of restaurants and activities, they also reserved the restaurantes for me! If you're thinking about staying in Viña del Mar, I can't imagine a better place to stay than Esencia!
