The staff was excellent at explaining my options as I tried to book a room for my children to rest after more than 7 hour drive from Argentina to Chile. Location for our flight the next day. Put your luggage on an airport trolley, wheel it over to the hotel, (you can see the hotel from the international terminal), put the entire trolley in the hotel elevator and take it to your room. Wheel it back the next day, EASY. Restaurant and bar great, super staff in all parts of the hotel.
