The room was new, tidy and clean. The staff members were very polite and helpful. The location was great and a very nice mall and the a lot of restaurants were in walking distance. Best of all was the free upgrade to the room with balcony. It offered great views there.

The bed was very comfortable, towels very white just as I like them, the bathtub location by the window is brilliant - get to enjoy a bath while looking at the city lights, staff was very helpful. I was assigned an English speaking driver for my hotel pickup. Plus the team was very responsive via email - despite my late request for airport pick up. Thank you, Doubletree Foshan.

While it's true that most of the staff members don't speak English fluently, I was delighted to find that they seamlessly utilized translation apps to bridge any language barriers. Additionally, I would like to commend Manager Sheron for her outstanding service and assistance throughout my stay. Her guidance on exploring Foshan and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction truly exemplify the high standards upheld by your establishment. Unlike many others, Sheron stood out for her fluency in English. Her proficiency greatly facilitated communication and enhanced the overall guest experience. There are markets, local stalls, two malls, and plenty of places to grab bubble teas and fresh juices, including small family-run stands.     Well planned & developed industrial city. So many attraction landscaping & people are so kind & helpful. Foods are always there to by with cheap price. McDonald, KFC also you can reach within five minutes from any place. Super clean city & so much safe for any travelers.
