The convenient location was our base for exploring the old streets filled with shops, stalls, restaurants, cafes, historical buildings, as well as new shopping malls across the main road. The friendly front counter lady gave suggestions on places to eat. We tried them and they were all great. The room was clean and comfortable. There’s ceiling heater to keep the shower area warm during winter.

Everything, really. The location, the facilities, the cleanliness, the staff. EVERYTHING! We didn't originally plan to stay here but our first booking was cancelled by the operator at 3am when we landed in China. Talk about bad luck. But Cachet Boutique came to our rescue. This was an excellent find. Very good value for money and great location. Free breakfast and laundry were a bonus and something we did not except. Staff had limited English but were still very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location next to an area with restaurants and street food. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even they didn’t speak English. They used a translator and communication was ok. The room was extremely clean, tidy and comfortable and the accommodation included a nice breakfast

The rooms are spacious, nice and clean with very comfy beds. Breakfast is excellent with great choice. Staff is nice and at reception there is always at least one English-speaking person. The hotel is a good option if you want to have some relaxing days outside the city center, but without problem to go there (approx. 30 minutes taxi ride). Restaurants can be found directly opposite the hotel or approx. 2 km away at the lakeside.
