What a splendid spot. Tucked right by the park entrance, it offers remarkable convenience without sacrificing an ounce of tranquillity. Waking up to those peaks each morning was rather special. The team here runs a tight ship – everything is spotless and handled with quiet efficiency. The breakfast set us up perfectly for the day. We shall certainly return.

The receptionist was fantastic. Provided us with a map, and showed us where to go, even offered to drop us at the west gate entrance of the park at no charge. When we checked out, he organised cars to drop us off at our next hotel in the city of Zhangjiajie at a discount. Exceptional service.

Very, very friendly staff. Lucas has made our staying amazing. He made a convenient route for us in Park, helped with the tickets, transfers there and back to the airport, even when we missed our last park's bus and many many other things.
