Rooms were good size, bed very comfortable, view from the balcony was spectacular. The steam room in the spa was great as I haven't found many places in Colombia that have them. Pool area was nice though we didn't use it as we were only there one night. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Everything was exceptional. First of all the staff should be mentioned because they all gave a great service. The garden, beach, the pools all was magnificent. I can only think positive about Irotama.

Even we cannot contact de owner at the phone listed on the platform, I received a message with an alternative number and somebody was expecting us. The apartment is very nice, with everything you need to stay here, even a beautiful terrace where to eat in the morning or drink something. The communication with the staff was very good and we have only nice words to say about them.

This is an amazing hotel with the best beds! The staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic. The beds are the comfiest beds I have seen in my entire travels through Columbia. Best night sleep I have had! Also, we left an item at the hotel and they promptly helped find and return it to us. Could not recommend this place more - 10/10.

This was a great location for remote workers. They have the fastest internet in the area due to the high altitude location, they receive a good signal from the satellite wifi. The view was amazing. The family, cooked professionally prepared meals. Even with the remote location, they receive fresh ingredients weekly while other hotels in the area receive ingredients with less frequency. I really recommend this stay to anyone who wants a chill private experience!
