    We stayed in the colonial area of town and it was gorgeous and safe. We visited during Christmas and got to see Christmas carolers in the town square and the absolutely beautiful lighting. Very romantic getaway for a couple.

    Great place to stay and relax. The place is located on a hill over looking Zipaquirá. 5 minutes from the town. We have a one year old and the staff took us around to show us all the animals they have on site… cows, goats, Llamas, rabbits, cats, dogs, it’s like a whole farm. Our daughter was so happy she keeps asking us to show her photos from back then. 100 recommend this place.

    The hotel is perfectly located. Walking distance from old town and the salt mine / cathedral. The breakfast is impressive, with a lot of variety and freshly prepared. They even have a proper espresso machine, and they are happy to make you a stronger coffee than the usual Colombian tinto.
