Veronika and Erika were so kind and helpful, the hotel was always so clean! the rooms were big and spacious and came with oil and salt and pepper which was helpful. it was close to the beach, supermarkets and clothing shops

We just loved it! The rooms are so nice, new and clean. The staff is super friendly! Also the location is great, close to the beach and they have restaurant downstairs, with great food for great price (with vegan options, which we loved).

Muchas gracias to the owners from Hotel Casa Carlota. The Hotel is near from Tamarindo, but you may be need a car to go there. For us it was perfect far away from the trouble. But its close to a supermarket. The room was very clean and we had enough space. You also have a fridge and a coffeemachine. We used the kitchen outdoor in the cooking area for the breakfast. There‘s also a swimmingpool, which was cleaned everyday. The owners are very friendly and they also give us good suggestions. One of the nicest places I stayed in Costa Rica! Super comfortable rooms, equipped with everything you need, including even a sound machine with nature and white noise sounds! The location is perfect, super central and a 2-min walk to the beach. The staff (especially Jose!) were also very nice and helpful. Wish I could have stayed more!

The property is beautiful and the cabanas were so well thought out, with privacy and open air rooms. The outdoor shower and hammocks added to the experience. We enjoyed the pool and communal kitchen area. Breakfast was lovely and it was nice to have the option to cook on our own if we chose. Adrian and Sophie were very friendly and helpful giving us pointers for our stay or making calls for us. We really enjoyed the small community, restaurant options and beach. Having just returned from our 2 week trip, this was probably my favorite place we stayed, and we stayed in a variety of hotels/locations.

The place is beautiful, has nice and clean apartments with amazing breakfast served. We spent a lot of time in the pool, watching the hummingbirds of the garden. The owners are super nice and helpful!

Beautiful, chilled out hotel. Great location. Spacious, clean room and bed really comfortable. Relaxing pool area and tasty, varied breakfast. Even seen howler monkeys and raccoons outside back of hotel in the trees. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend as a base to explore Tamarindo.

From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The service was warm and attentive, the location just steps from the beach was unbeatable, and the food – simply delicious every single day! Surfing with the kids was such a fun experience – safe, exciting, and unforgettable. And for the little animal lovers: the resort is full of wildlife! We saw monkeys, raccoons, adorable squirrels, and even iguanas. If you’re looking for relaxation, comfort, adventure, and a welcoming atmosphere for the whole family, this is the place to be. We wholeheartedly recommend it and are already looking forward to our next stay. A true hidden gem for anyone in need of a seaside escape with a special touch of nature
