We had a perfect stay and it was really relaxing. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The beach is just a few steps away from the bungalows. Hilarious! Thanks to Priscilla we have also seen some spider monkeys! The bungalow was comfortable and we had everything we needed!

    Beautiful little removed from reasonable amenities some area things were very pricey and not to the locals Loved the local food experience and accommodations Bus ride down to Jaco and back not so pleasant Would like to see transport options provided from resort to owners or renters to make travel a little easier.

    We found it to be a quiet area at end November.

    We found it to be a quiet area at end November. The beaches are long and tree lined with good views across to the Nicoya peninsula and you can often walk from one beach cove to the next at low tide. We found the small villages very peaceful and the locals friendly although not much English was spoken. Great bird life including toucans, macaws, pelicans and lots of gulls and terns.

    Prices are a bit higher in Herradura due to being located...

    Prices are a bit higher in Herradura due to being located next to the Marriott los Sueños 5 star resort....but at the same time much quieter than near by City of Jaco were Monday Thur Thursday is ok during off season but come Friday and Saturday it is party central from the San Jose people coming in for the weekend. Jaco can be a little bit of a rough town after sunset. Only advise is single women never walk off the Main Street alone after sunset always be in a group or have your man with you. 25 year veteran of coming to the area.

    The house is inside a secure condo on a convenient location very close to everything in Herradura. The condo facilities are quite alright especially the club house and the swimming pool. There's parking in place and check in is easy. Security staff are also very friendly. The A/C worked really well which was a big relief.

    We enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms are huge and very beautiful. The kitchen is to prepare some fruit to enjoy them at the terrace or at the pool. Very good traditional breakfast at the restaurant. Staff is very friendly and always available. Rooms and entire hotel is very clean.

    The room was spacious, beautifully designed and super clean. We really liked the restaurant, both the food and the staff - Helmer and Mario were super nice! We booked the hotel last minute because our first choice turned out to be terrible. We didn't regret it, loved the place!

    Lovely hotel just outside Jaco. Takes around 10 minutes drive. A 10 minute walk will get you to the beach where there’s a selection of lovely restaurants to choose from. Rooms are lovely clean and very modern. The breakfast is really good quality and a great selection.
