Great location.. On the main strip with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. It is in the “buzzy” part of Protaras so lots of people around the evening, but the rooms facing the pool are quiet so you can’t notice it (request one of these if you want an early night). Bus stop right outside the apartment which was very convenient for travelling around if you want to explore the area (15-20 mins to Green Bay and Konnos Bay). It was a 5 min walk to a lovely beach / promenade. Fig Tree bay (one of the most popular beaches in Cyprus) was a 15 min walk away which isn’t far at all, but I actually preferred the beach closer to the apartment :) The room was spacious and had a balcony. Aircon worked well too. Giorgos was very friendly and helpful.. I was able to leave my bag at reception and use the pool until I left for Larnaca at like 4pm, thank you again!

This is the place where you want to come again. The hotel is very clean and cozy. All the staff are very hospitable. It’s ideal for families with children. The restaurant deserves special attention. I want to say thank you to the chef. The menu is always very varied and tasty. The restaurant is perfectly clean. All allergens are noted. Entertainment team is also very friendly and active. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday and take her on a holiday to a hotel (we have been living in Cyprus for a couple of years now, in the mountains, so we don't get to the sea very often). When booking, I asked for a room with a sea view to make the birthday girl as happy as possible, which we got and were very pleased with. A gorgeous view, cool room design, large bathroom.

This facility offered everything I wanted from an accommodation. Central location next to main bus routes, spotless clean, big room &bathroom. The breakfast offered the most wide selection of food from eggs, beans, bacon to a variety of cheese, olives and fried nibbles to a variety of fruit and jams to a variety of cereals. In addition to the usual hot drinks and cold juices, they had a dispenser of hot milk. Friendly, professional and always smiling staff at the reception. Special services offered were pool towels rent, an iron &iron board at the floor for clients use and a late check out for 25euro. Ah, also: SILENT AC BUTTON OPTION!!

    Protaras has beautiful beaches, great activities like boat trips and parasailing. The local strip has great restaurants and pubs and is very lively in the evening. Also very close to Ayia Napa and Sotira has really good restaurants.

    One of the best seaside I have visited in Cyprus. There are not clubs or parties as in Ayia Napa but it's full of bars and pubs if you want to go out at night. You can also find a lot of nice restaurants and vegan options as well. Fig tree bay is stunning.

    We went for the annual Moonwalk, amazing as usual. Restaurants and bars excellent and varied, every taste catered for. Found the bars a bit noisy on the weekend as they compete with each other. Mid week were fine, you could actually talk to each other. Beaches and boardwalk are lovely.

    Protaras is a lively resort with plenty of hospitality venues along "the strip" and a wonderful 6kms boardwalk which was the reason for my visit for the BOARDWALK MUSIC FESTIVAL and full lunar eclipse of the moon. It has a great vibe for all ages and is very clean unlike Limassol where I live. There are plenty of activities and places to visit away from the sunbeds. In the right hotel you won't be disappointed with this destination.

    Protaras is a very plesant place.

    Protaras is a very plesant place. The boardwalk along the beach has many bars and places to eat. All very family and child friendy. Menus are similar, with seafood being delicious and well priced. 2 sunbeds and an umbrella are under ten euros a day. The beaches are clean and the ocean is clear and warm. Many boat trips to choose from. Not many other excursions. Prob best to hire a car to see a bit more yourself. It was very hot at the beginning sept and walking was uncomfortable.

    We loved everything in hotel. Great location in Protaras close to main street but we did not hear any loud noises at night. Staff: everyone was so professional. Receptionists, waiters, manager of restaurant and chambermaids I want to thank you all for being so kind and always with smile on your face. We were welcomed as best as we possibly could be. There were a lot of food variations at dinner buffet and every day it was different. Thank you for having us in your hotel. This hotel was probably the best choice we could make.

    Location is really optimal here, specially if you are in block B its quiet at night but still you are in the main street of Protaras. Breakfast was nice and for the people who enjoy going to a paradise like cyprus and staying on the hotel pool this one is quite good and always clean. Its on the main street of Protaras so you have everything super close specially the fig tree beach that is amazing. Breakfast was also good and parking was plenty and private.

    Our family been to cypress 10 times in the last 6 years. this villa is the most fabulous and amazing place to stay. The maintenance of the villa is amazing because they use the service of the hotel next to it . the pool was very very clean the the villa was also very very clean everything was new and all was working perfect.
