The room was very surprising from this price. We were shocked. It was brand new, so clean and big enough for couples. The bathroom was also so clean and new. Most of the attractions were so close by walk. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Prague is a one of the most beautiful cities in Europe reason for which it receives a lot of visitors. The location of the Allure is just perfect because it is in a quite area with multiple bars and restaurants around , away from the touristic area where is crowded but at the same time just 5-7 min walk from the main center. Everything is very close. The staff of the hotel was exceptional in all aspects. The rooms are big for European standards , modern and extremely confortable. The breakfast was excellent . Even has a small but very pleasant and relaxing bar. Charlie was great! While walking thru the city I passed by some of the big 5 star hotels in Prague and without a doubt I would choose to stay again at this very nice boutique hotel.

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Obviously recently renovated so all the facilities are brand new as well. The staff were professionals, friendly and gave us a lot of advice about the currency, places to see, transportation, etc. The breakfast was worth the extra cost as there is a buffet with a variety of fresh food (you can eat as much as you like) and you can order a coffee and a menu item which were also very well made. Their pannacotta is the best. Location is great, you can hear the peacocks from the park nearby, the tram stop is a very short walk from there and you can easily walk to most of the sights. A much quieter neighborhood compared to the other side of the bridge. I would definitely book the same place again but would probably choose a cheaper room.

The rooms were neat, clean, well-equipped. They clean and change towels every day. You also get a free bottle of water (every day), tea, coffee. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. You can rent an umbrella at the hotel for 3 euros for 48 hours. Tram station is few minutes away. It took us a maximum of 15 minutes to get to the city center. The nearest metro station is under renovation, and the next one is a little over 10 minutes walk away. Underground garage with large parking spaces.

Discover the Magic of Prague

The Czech capital is nothing short of magical, with Prague’s countless bridges, cathedrals, domes and castles reflected in the Vltava River. Thankfully, the city escaped most of WWII’s destruction, leaving the rich history and fairytale facade of this Bohemian city intact.

Prague Castle is the largest ancient castle complex in the world and the St. Vitus Cathedral is a stunning example of Gothic architecture. The Cathedral’s lookout tower rewards those willing to climb 300 steps with the best view of the city.

Walking through the cobblestone streets of the Mala Strana district will bring you to the Charles Bridge. Prague’s beautiful 14th-century monument buzzes with musicians and local crafts sales. The Astronomical Clock, Tyn Church, and Storch building of Old Town compete for popularity with the neoclassical Estate Theatre and the Czech National Museum.

The cafes and restaurants of Wenceslas Square are great for people watching and the Franz Kafka house, the Old New Synagogue and Frank Gehry’s Dancing House are perfect for soaking up history.

Flights arriving at Vaclav Havel International Airport will be in the city center after a short subway ride. For historic hotels, cheap hostels or charming apartments head to Booking.com for nearly 700 accommodations in Prague.

Prague is a fun place to visit and has many things to do.

Prague is a fun place to visit and has many things to do. HC Sparta Praha plays hockey at the O2 Arena and the Czech Hockey Hall of Fame, just a couple blocks from Wenceslaus Square area, is a fun place to visit. Ex NHL veteran players Martin Rucinsky and Peter Nedved own a restaurant called Stridacka near the Old Town Square. The menu will have something for everyone and was good. There is a restaurant in Wenceslaus Square the serves your food and beer via a model train track. It's called Vytopna Railway Restaurant. Kids will love it and adults too. Everywhere you look is history staring back at you. The architecture is amazing. Always look up at the buildings because you will see all sorts of interesting things. Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, Old Town Square, Astronomical Clock, Zizkov Tower (with baby's statues), Kampa Park (with Baby's statues), Franz Kafka rotating head are a few places to visit.

Get yourself staying in the heart of the old town, then everything is within walking distance. Some great Irish bars and many eateries and street food. Magical at night, do a river cruise we used a smaller boat which is located on the opposite bank to the old town side. The trip gives a different perception of the city.Castle a must and get to the zoo, well worth it.

Nearby, around the corner is the world-famous pub U tygra, there is an unusual atmosphere that will excite you in the sense that the restaurant is so full that the staff doesn't ask you if you have a seat next to you, they ask you to push yourself and literally make room for a friend who is also thirsty and whether you like it or not you make new friends, because there is a tradition in Czech pubs that when someone new comes to the table, they have to drink their new pint with everyone sitting at that table.... so go there... you will be thrilled....

Prague is a stunning city with lots to do and see. One main trip would be to make sure you understand the exchange rate. I saw many places trying to charge crazy money for things. £17 for a cocktails for example. Check out Annie's bar, just around the corner from the clock and square.
