Staff was very friendly. We had an exceptional stay with the family. Plenty of space for two adults and two small children. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Didn't get to try the restaurant but it looked very nice.

    The apartment was very nice and spacious, very clean. The owner was very pleasant, even though it was a little bit hard to communicate in english, but his wife helped with that. They are usually on tge first floor of the building, so I would recommend ringing there, when you get to the place. 😊 The location is also very good, near alpincenter Bottrop. Price is very good. There were towels, dishes (some in the dishwasher), an oven, microvawe, el kettle.

    Great value for the money. Contactless check in was very convenient (though booking didn’t alert me of the messages from the hotel, so at first I didn’t know how to enter). Lots of space to eat breakfast in peace. Spacious room. Nice little neighborhood.
