Seaside resort offering lots of options for spending free times; It is definitely worth taking a boat trip to the island of Helgoland. From restaurants I would recommend Ralfs, next to the hotel Haus am Meer (I recommend booking in advance) or Trattoria restaurant, which is about 700m from Haus am Meer. The city is in general an excellent place to go if you are looking for a quiet Nordsee Experience. The city is small enough to just walk. There is a sufficient amount of places to eat like Roni Döner & Feinkost and Asia Restaurant Thanh Binh. A nice option for swimming, like Familienlagune Perlebucht. Before coming to Büsum it is worth to learn about some available attractions there (like boat tours, renting bikes for longer trips, swimming pool). In the town there are plenty of caffes and restaurants, but there is not that much for those who prefer to spent active holidays. Luckily, bike rental is easily available as well as boat tours. Noahdin on reception was such a lovely and helpful person. The other staff that passed by were also so friendly. The room was just lovely with a great 50s vibe including all the lamps and furniture, and a very well equipped kitchenette for our short stay.
