Small village, one needs a car to get around for food runs as there aren't any major supermarkets or bakeries. Busy main street close by, but windows are sound-proof. All within the Koenigsforst, a large forest, so air quality is good, and there is plenty of hiking around. Public bus transportation is close, and it is very reliable and runs pretty frequently.
