The stuff was very friendly and helpfull with my many questions .The gym was much lower quality what was i expected, but(!) at the reception they offered me a professional gym, what was 10 minutes walk away. So i was super setisfied.😊

Staff is very friendly and client oriented. Big thanks to the nice lady at the reception, who contacted us before our arrival. We arrived late at night and the keys were waiting for us the the keybox located at the entrance to the hotel. Parking was easy in front of the building. Clean rooms and bathroom. We recommend especially the one with the balcony and view on the river. Our dog was admitted upon small fee. Tasty and delicious breakfast in the buffet, with the big variety of choice. We will come back for sure!

    The key handover was simple and straightforward. The building has an elevator, which is very convenient. The apartment is located near a bus stop called "Parkstraße," from where you can easily reach Pforzheim's main station (Pforzheim Hbf) in just 5 minutes using bus numbers 736, 737, 738, or 739. The apartment is situated in a quiet area, and there are bakery and kiosks nearby.

    The hotel was easy to find. Breakfast was excellent. We had a family room for one night and it was very decent. Overall, happy with the hotel and the service. Nearby (a few minutes drive) there are a few nice restaurants. We will be happy to stay there again.
