Warm, high-quality stay in a magical setting We were welcomed with a kind personal note, which set the tone for a truly pleasant stay. The interior is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with high-quality details throughout. From the balcony, there’s a peaceful view of tall trees.     We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment near the center of Solingen-Ohligs. It is well equipped with everything you'd need. Angelika was very friendly and accommodating as our host. We picked this spot as it was near the Bierboerse we wanted to attend, so we could walk there. There is a bakery around the corner and a supermarket at walking distance as well. Parking is free in the street itself. If you are interested in history, visit the Industriemuseum where it is shown how knives and scissors were produced in Solingen.

    The price per night is reasonable. Parking is convenient and charged extra. The breakfast is also charged extra and is adequate. The twin room was good but could do with a second fan or a larger fan during heatwaves. The location is good, being in the centre of Solingen. The staff were mostly very nice and service-minded.
