Onda Hostel is beautiful; from the moment you open the bamboo gate and walk around the corner you feel like you have entered some type of paradise. I went for 3 nights, stayed for 2 weeks! What a perfect place to relax recharge during your trip. Double beds, sheet changes, free breakfast all within metres of the beach. The outdoor kitchen keeps cool when its hot, the room has fans but always has a breeze and the beds are comfortable. Perfect for a low-key beach hostel.

Mudhouse Hostal was exactly what I was looking for—super laid-back, close to the beach, and full of good vibes. The natural style of the place fits perfectly with Mompiche’s easygoing atmosphere. I spent a lot of time just relaxing in the hammocks, chilling after surfing and reading books. The staff were awesome—really friendly and always happy to help with local tips. My room was simple, clean, and had everything I needed. Not fancy, but super comfortable and totally fits the surf-town vibe. If you're into surfing, relaxing, and meeting cool people, this place is a winner. Would definitely stay again.
