The staff were really helpful and nice, and the check-in was quick. The room was large and had a balcony onto the main street. We we closed the windows it was quite quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Their wifi worked really well, and because of all , we extended our stay here. It's very close to the centre and has a good cheap chicken restaurant next door.

The room was of good size, clean, and comfortable. Amazing value for price. Location is wonderful - only a couple blocks from the market where I ate breakfast everyday and the historic center. Close to the "once de mayo" taxi cooperative that offers cheap fares to Vilcabamba ($2.5), and close to an office for Cooperativas de Transporte Loja which made it easy to buy bus tickets to the next city in Ecuador without having to go to the Terminal. The office staff was friendly and helpful, and allowed me to store my bags for another hour after checkout. I would definitely recommend this hostel to a friend.
