What an incredible experience!! I have been to Jaz Elite Asteria last week and we are amazed and positively surprised about the level of service while the hotel is still in the soft opening, so what does that mean for the future?! It started at the front with the contact with Hussam to coordinate in which room we would like to stay. Upon arrival we were immediately offered a cold towel and fresh juice so we felt welcome right away. After a short introduction we also got to know Mrs. Messaouda and that was a pleasure, because she was able to do a lot for us, including discussing the a la carte restaurants. Sometimes it is the little things that matter, so an ice cream by the pool or a cloth for cleaning, everything was possible! I can be brief about the food: both the buffet (morning, afternoon and evening) and the 5 a la carte restaurants are incredible in terms of possibilities, taste and variety!! We were so pleased with our wonderful week that I immediately spoke to Mrs. Messaouda about the possibilities of coming back with my family, so I would definitely recommend going to this hotel!!

The room was exactly as in the pictures, spacious and very clean. Walking from terase to the pool and straight to the lagune beach was perfect. Staff was very friendly and service fast and impeccable. Food was delicious and even though we only had breakfast included in the room rate we did not feel this as a downside (good variety to choose from).

The reef for snorkeling and diving, the activities for the whole family, the food, the shows! Everything really. It is an active hotel with something for everyone and all ages. We loved the windsurf, waterpolo, aerobic classes, the gym is also great. And my daughter really liked the kids club. Everyone is nice in the hotel and they don’t push to sell you tours and activities.

The hotel makes good coffee everywhere, eat is very good, the staff is nice and helpful. They try to do everything for you to feel comfortable. I recommend visiting this hotel without a travel agency. From the cleaners to the manager, they will give you everything you ask for.

I was a little apprehensive booking a 2 star hotel but it was perfect! The room was clean and comfortable just 20 steps away from the sandy beach and sea. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Mahmoud in particular took great care of me. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were included and although not a massive selection, (as in some hotel in Egypt I’ve stayed at), it was more than adequate and every meal I had was very good. Tea, coffee, juice and water were readily available but alcohol was not, I bought any drinks I wanted from the hotel next door, which wasn’t a problem. I will definitely be returning to Sun Beach.

Good size room and and comfortable beds. Special thanks to Mahmoud bellman, Mostapha at Rocky bar, Abd Eldaym housekeeping, Osama and Ahmed lifeguard at the snorkelling spot and Ahmed lifeguard at the swimming pool near our room were extremely professional 10/10 in customer service. Aqua park at sister hotel is a bonus especially if traveling with kids and the lifeguard team maintain a professional and friendly attitude while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe environment. Favourite place was the snorkelling spot.
