Really, everything without a doubt, the service that was offered to me is unforgettable. They offered me and my family to choose any room we liked, from a tiny bungalow next to the beach, aqua park and private garden, or any floor of my choice. The food was fantastic the kids were very pleased, lots and lots of swimming pool clean and the staff at the reception were very friendly, especially Mariam she was really sweet and kind. I usually don't rate a lot, but this one deserves it, I have been to many hotels in Hurghada, and I'm not sure why it's categories as 4 stars, it should be 5 stars without a doubt. I have already recommended it to my friend and will definitely come back. .

Words are not enough to describe this amazing new hotel. This is a 7 star hotel .The level of service passed all our expectations. That was our 1st experience with jaz group . We usually don't repeat any hotel but this one will definitely be our favorite destination from now on. We were welcomed by Mrs. Massaouda guest relation manager. A special thanks to her , very professional lady. she was our guide during our whole stay till our checkout. She made our reservation for the à la carte restaurant Amoura .The decor of the whole establishment is beautiful modern style with a beautiful lighting at night to take beautiful pictures.The room view was showing the whole swimming pools area and the sea, amazing view at night . Rooms are very spacious and room cleaning service is amazing .The service that was provided by the employees is extraordinary. Food is another wonderful point , made with a lot of care, details and very well presented , so tasty and alot of variety. The Italian restaurant on the pool was amazing also. The animation team are well educated and presentable. We also liked the dance show presented every day.For the beach we had to walk a long distance in water if we want to swim and we forgot our water shoes but Mrs Massaouda offered us a golf car to take us to the next hotel marina. But the hotel is now working on building their own Marina. But the beach color is beautiful and clean . The swimming pools are huge and warm and extremely clean . They even offer you to clean your sunglasses. This hotel is literally Elite in everything . Next time I will plan for longer vacation .

From the moment I entered the resort, Monaem offered a warm and genuine welcome that made me feel like a cherished guest at Serry Beach Resort. His professionalism and attention to detail were perfect throughout my stay, ensuring that I had everything I needed to truly enjoy a memorable vacation. Monaem was a reliable source of information and provided interesting recommendations about nearby tourist attractions, restaurants, and activities based on my preferences. The reef for snorkeling and diving, the activities for the whole family, the food, the shows! Everything really. It is an active hotel with something for everyone and all ages. We loved the windsurf, waterpolo, aerobic classes, the gym is also great. And my daughter really liked the kids club. Everyone is nice in the hotel and they don’t push to sell you tours and activities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The sea view from my room was stunning and made the experience even more relaxing. The service was top-notch, always attentive and professional. The food was delicious . Everything was very clean and well maintained. Good size room and and comfortable beds. Special thanks to Mahmoud bellman, Mostapha at Rocky bar, Abd Eldaym housekeeping, Osama and Ahmed lifeguard at the snorkelling spot and Ahmed lifeguard at the swimming pool near our room were extremely professional 10/10 in customer service. Aqua park at sister hotel is a bonus especially if traveling with kids and the lifeguard team maintain a professional and friendly attitude while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe environment. Favourite place was the snorkelling spot.

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The property is new, clean, and well-organized, with excellent service. I would especially like to thank Madam Christina, who is truly the right person in the right place. She is a wonderful and professional person who not only solved a problem we faced but also made our stay extremely comfortable. She consistently cared about us, paid attention to every detail, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her presence, warm smile, and refined manners left a very positive impression and truly elevated our experience at the hotel. She is a truly dedicated person who reflects an honorable image of the hotel through her service, commitment, and professionalism.     Hurghada is a very busy place and popular with all nationalities. I was diving every day so 8 hours a day at sea. I didn't use the shopping centre this time but have done so in the past and it was great. It used to be that you would get harassed continually by traders but not so much these days they really have backed off. I know my daughters found that intimidating when they were younger but today its fine.

    The is best fun of my holiday, I get to do this adventure solo which was great and the instructor was very patient and nice , I am a physical disable person and the help and support I got from this group in other to make me enjoy the scuba diving experience was phenomena. The free food and drink was amazing...I highly recommend this guys for beginners diver with zero experience trust me you will enjoy the underwater world.

    It was a great experience, we really enjoyed the resort.

    It was a great experience, we really enjoyed the resort. We went on tours to Hula Hula Beach, did snorkeling and scuba diving, rented a yacht for a day, and also went quad biking in the desert at sunset. It was a lot of fun.

    I had a connection international flight via Hurghada and needed to spend 6 hours in transit. I booked one night at Jaz Neo Ivory hotel though I did not stay overnight. Turned to be a good choice. Staff were friendly. I had an early check-in. I had a nice breakfast. A shower. WiFi was very good which allowed me to have my online business meetings smoothly. I wish I used the pool but I was working in my room :)
