I came here for the snorkelling and was not disappointed. A good coral reef just off the shore, plenty of fish, rays, eels, visibility around 17 metres and water temperature around 27 C. Dahab is a small seaside town; there are plenty of seaside activities. One might think that small size and quant location that life here would be pretty laid back. You would be wrong especially when it comes to driving. The drivers are manical, they are rude and completly wreckless. You should also be careful when eating. Dahab is positive and vibrant. Way more chill than the way too expensive overrated sharm el sheikh! Taxi drivers should be ignored! Dahab has so many so amazing cafes and bars! Perfect for snorkelling and low budget! You can hike u can live easy as digital nomad u can dive in blue hole and elsewhere of course! This was my fourth trip to Dahab but my first in about 15...
This was my fourth trip to Dahab but my first in about 15 years. In my previous trips I loved the scuba diving and the relaxing vibe of the town. When I returned on this trip I was delighted to discover that, even though the town is bigger, Dahab has retained its low-key vibe. The businesses are local, which is part of its charm. This trip was shorter, so I mostly focused on scuba diving. There are lots of other activities, many of which I did on previous trips. In the evenings I went to restaurants. Many have patios, that overlook the red sea. Dahab tends to be a bit windy, so there often was always a nice ocean breeze to keep things cool as the sun set, Idyllic.Guest review byJoanCanada - 10.0

Outside of the hotel there is a pool and beach with beautiful reef available by 2 minutes of walk! The personal is very friendly and funny, loved them. We took Cleopatra massage, a bit expensive but mind-blowing 😌 In the evening you can sit in Arabic tent and buy some drinks and Shisha. 10 minutes drive from Dahab, there are shuttles and taxi you can take. They were attentive, hospitable and gave the best recommendations for things to do and food to eat. The food at the restaurant is delicious - probably the best breakfast we had in Egypt. The location of hotel is great - head left for the quiet bit, and right for the noisy bit. Also really good restaurants nearby. So happy to have booked here.
