I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the on-site amenities, including the 5 à la carte restaurants which added a lot to the overall experience. Special thanks to : Ms. Massouada, the gest relation manager who welcomed us and took care of us throughout our stay Chef Ahmad Ibrahim,Thank you for making my stay even more memorable with such outstanding cuisine. I extend my compliments to your entire kitchen team as well. Ahmad, our housekeeper who did an amazing job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. I would like to sincerely thank all the staff and servers at for the exceptional service during my stay. It was a truly unique stay! The room was very clean, and the pools are for everyone to enjoy. The reception team was outstanding – I arrived at lunch time (not included in my booking), but they kindly invited me to have lunch while preparing my documents. Later, they even allowed me to check out after the official deadline, which is a rare favor usually only found in very high-standard hotels. As for the food, there are many restaurants with a wide variety of choices, catering to different tastes. Personally, I feel the quality could be slightly improved – the food was acceptable but not really delicious. Of course, this is just my personal point of view, and not everyone may agree. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I highly recommend it to any family who wants to relax and enjoy their vacation.

One can’t expect any better place than this you get everything you wish for. The guest relation soecuallt mrs Zahra speaking good English, and being so helpful and understanding, they provided you a very good start and helped us with lost belongings, clean room, upgraded to Seaview, great food and the best entertainment through the whole stay

    Everything is OK.

    Everything is OK. Except that at the end the owner accuses you of opening some cupboard and drinking 3 beers without paying him. Ah, you specifically asked for his approval and left him money! Complaints follow to Booking, which asks you for 200 dollars for 3 small beers. I don't know... is this some kind of drain scheme, but be careful with this stuff!!!
