Mustafa and Zeyad, the hosts, were very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. As a frequent traveler, I know that small issues can happen anywhere, but what truly makes the difference is how hosts handle them — and they handled everything with care and professionalism.

Sheikh Zayed strikes a rare balance—structured, efficient, and refreshingly calm. It’s clean, well-organized, and surprisingly green, with just the right mix of modern infrastructure and breathing room. The proximity to Smart Village made work logistics simple, and having reliable coffee spots and quiet corners for sketching was a welcome bonus. If you value order without chaos, this place delivers.

Sheikh Zayed City is a modern, well-planned suburb of Cairo known for its clean streets, green spaces, and quiet atmosphere. It offers a great balance between urban convenience and residential calm, with easy access to malls, cafes, and schools. Its proximity to Smart Village and major highways makes it ideal for both families and professionals.

Sheikh Zayed is a place of Malls and high life. it is easy for taking walks. There are open spaces. Buildings look beautiful, solid and sturdy. Quality of life is good. However, one needs a car to live in Sheikh Zayed, unless they work nearby. Unlike much of Cairo, Sheikh Zayed in general does not have ubiquitous street shops, street food and supermarkets.

The hosts were available 24/7 very helpful.

The hosts were available 24/7 very helpful. I was a senior lady travelling solo and with Coeliac Disease. My meals which had to be gluten free were prepared by my hosts mother and were delicious. They also ordered taxis for wherever I wanted to go and told me the price I would pay which saved me quite a bit of money. The daughter even took me shopping in her car 😁a bonus indeed. They organise a trip to the pyramids and the Egyptian Museum a must for travellers. They ensured my comfort and safety throughout my stay and are to be highly commended.Do not use airport taxis the drivers make their own prices.,stick to Uber for cheapest and good service. Airport taxi driver charged me 1,200 egp and stole £10 from my phone wallet when he asked to see the address stored on it. Uber is very cheap to get around all sightseeing trips 😁
