The staff were very helpful and professional, The hotel is a beautiful old building which has been refurbished to a high standard, it is in a central location near restaurants bars and shops, it also has an underground carpark which is easy to access.

This was simply superb accommodation. We couldn’t recommend it too highly. Two double bedrooms with two bathrooms. Everything to a high standard and not skimping on the provisions.

Easy communication to get the keys, they were very friendly, they gave me clear instructions. The was cereal and little muffins that we had for breakfast. We loved this apartment, it's beautiful, the whole decoration is like a piece of art. We were only 2 and we had 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms (this was the best value for money I could find when I did my search). It was nice to go for a walk in the evening. There was netflix on the TV which I used with my account. I loved the place 10/10

This place was very clean and everything you ever needed was there, most esp. the coffee. I can't stress the coffee enough. There is also a washer and a complete kitchen if you are feeling like a cook. There is also a dishwasher!

The host is extremely helpful. She called the taxi in advance to pick us up halfway from Presedo to Bruma. Laundry service (capacity of 9 kg @€8), well done. And there is a lift!

    Sonia is the most amazing host. She welcomed us personally in Betanzos and gave us many helpful recommendations. I forgot my ID in the apartement and she went out of her way to help. The apartement itself is very well equipped, the kitchen has all the basics you need - which was a nice surprise since other apartements we rented often did not have any salt, oil or spices, which made it hard to cook. Located in a quit residential area very closre to the old town - perfect location!

    I arrived a bit frazzled at Betanzos, needing help to find the Pension, which is really only a stone's throw from the town square. The reception was wonderful, the meson nicely decorated, having many comforting touches, such as a common lounge and kitchen area. There is a luggage transportation service available if you are worried about the next two stages of the Camino Ingles. (I made it without using it, but was very slow....)
