We visited Fornells pre season, therefore very quiet and a lot of bars, restaurants and shops hadnt opened. everything was about to open up. my opinion is it is the perfect place for 'boaties'. you need a car to travel to beaches as there isnt a beach at Fornells. Although parking can be difficult in the port itself, there is plenty of parking available a short walk behind the village. An upmarket quirky and pretty village. a varied selection of restaurants offering fish or the famous Lobster stew. plentyt of walks for enthusiasts. Tirant Playa is 4 km from Fornells, a fact which is not made clear. It is at Platjes Fornells, another place. There is an excellent swimming pool and the apartments are very big . A quiet former fishing village that offers a host of water sports and activities and a nice selection of very good seafood restaurants. The atmosphere is relaxed and it's a great place to visit for padel boarding, kayaking, diving or renting a boat. There is a wide choice of trips, charters and ways to get in the water, or if you want a great seafood meal, there are several restaurants to choose from.
