It was a but rough in the bars just outside where we stayed but overall it was a nice place with pretty squares & nice shops. Lots of restaurants with a wide selection of outside eateries. Many golfers so lots of places had tvs showing sports. It was atmospheric & friendly. Fuengirolla is a busy resort that spreads along the coastine past Los Boliches to Torreblanca. You can find beaches, restaurants and bars to suit your taste. The 'Square' is at the heart of the town, the Bubba Bar and Casa Colon being our favourites. The train is an easy way to visit other local areas as far back as Malaga at very reasonable prices. To see Christmas lights on orange trees is fabulous. The location lends itself to easy access to explore wonderful Fuengirola with its fabulous restaurants and bars, shop till you drop with designer brands and local merchandise. The train station is short walk away and the train will bring you Mario Zambrano station In Malaga which is an absolutely stunning city with lots to see and do. Perfect location next to train station and everything you could possibly need!! Only a couple of minutes walk to beach! Very very clean hotel through out the whole of it. There is a train at the hotel that goes around every half an hour, which was great and saved me a lot of walking. There is a bus stop which is a 5 minutes to el Castillo and then one or two stops on the bus to Fuengirola city and 1 hour train to Malaga city .
