Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, they upgraded our room for free, great breakfast with variety of local foods, the spa is also worth visiting. The pool on the top floor is open from 1st of May, there is a parking just outside the hotel for 20 euros per day more or less, which you can pay at the reception. Also, the location is good, around 15 minutes walking from the city center. The room was perfect, spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. I would recommend it 100%.

The hotel has spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. breakfast was exceptionally well and varied, with fresh produces and local, typical specialities. Since part of Granada can not be accessed by car, I booked with the parking slot, which is right next door. The hotel is conveniently located with several bus connections nearby, allowing to reach all parts of Granada easily. The air conditioning was highly appreciated during the exceptional heat wave with almost 40°C in May. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Starting with Teresa at the front desk, who could not be more attentive to our needs. She made us feel at home, and went out of her way to help us navigate the city. The room was very clean and spacious. The young man also at the front desk was very kind. The location was perfect, everything within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, the ladies in the breakfast room were very pleasant, funny, and extremely respectful. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this hotel to all our friends.

Staff were exceedingly hospitable, always ready to help, assist with queries in a very friendly way and generally went out of their way to make sure you had a great stay but in a family environment . Hotel clean and comfortable. Well located to do the tourist adventures of Granada and eating out.

    Granada is full of history, beautiful buildings/plazas, and the ALHAMBRA (the finest example of Moorish Architecture). At the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mtns, you have access to nature and an incredible backdrop for photos. The city isn't too large, is friendly, and is very walkable. People really enjoy coming out at night, and there is a wonderful, comfortable feel to an evening stroll.

    Granada is not an expensive city.

    Granada is not an expensive city. A taxi is only a few euros and a glass of wine 3-3.5.euros. There are a lot of tiny streets off the main road. A labyrinth of shops and bars. Bought a 1 day ticket for the Hop on/off train but almost gave up trying to locate the relevant stops. No 1 is supposed to be opposite the Alhambra booking office but is much further down the road. We came across stop 5 by accident therefore were able to hop on there. The stops seem to be located down side streets off the main road. Many other tourists indicated that they also had difficulty in locating the stops. Overall Granada is worth a visit Especially the Alhambra Palaces. A Flamenco show is also a must see event.

    The roads aren't very comfortable to walk as they are paved with stones. Otherwise perfect place, many friendly, helpful people. Sacromonte is a cute place. The Alhambra is huge! We managed a Sierra Nevada tour with Get Your Guide which was the cherry on the cake. Julio was simply the perfect guide! Great place to visit!

    Lovely historic city with beautiful architecture, amazing food and people. Note that the main sights might be sold out very early so make sure to book them well in advance. Not the best city for someone who has mobility issues as there are quite a few steps to the main sights.

    Beautiful city. Lots of history. Very passionate locals. GPS makes it easy to get around. We always do a walking tour to grasp the local history and get local tips from the guides for places to eat or the best places to go back to.

    Granada is a fine and lively town, but what You need to have...

    Granada is a fine and lively town, but what You need to have seen is the Alhambra and Generalife! Book a guided tour, otherwise You will not be able to take it in and take enough time. We where there with a boy of 7yo and even he enjoyed it. After the Alhambra, go and see the cathedral of Granada, it gives a good historical contrast.

    The location is simply the best in Granada. The breakfast had a good choice, buffet breakfast, as I like it. The building itself is great and the lobby and breakfast restaurant was clean and well designed.The personnel were very kind and helpful. We got a good information how to park the car in the nearest garage and also got a parking ticket arranged by the hotel. Even my room got to the main square the isolation was absolutely perfect, the room remained quiet.

    Loved it here. A small cosy boutique hotel. The facilities are really good and the decor is perfect. Very clean and the beds are really comfortable. The icing on the cake are the stunning panoramic views of Granada from the rooms and the terrace. Breathtaking! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

    Excellent small boutique hotel. Beautiful furnishings etc and ideally located. 5 minutes walk from the cathedral, shops ,tapas bars and restaurants. Breakfast was in a cafe across the road. The guy on reception gave excellent advice re our Alhambra tickets and other places to see and bus information. Oh and best shower in ages!
