The room was ideal, it was on the top floor (2) and despite being opposite the lift, and reasonably near to a main road, it was very quiet. The beds were lovely and comfortable, and surprisingly (for me) the pillows were comfortable too. The room was large and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Literally just around the corner from the hotel (a minute's walk away) was a lovely restaurant, very busy and full of locals (always a good sign). We didn't stop for food, but the food did look amazing, plus we got a tapa of mini empanadas with our drink. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, plenty of choice to fill us up.

Claudia at the front desk was very hospitable and welcoming. It was a very late arrival and a very early check-out so she checked us both in and out. She helped us getting a charging station for the Tesla. Appreciate it a lot.

The Receptionist & all the staff were very friendly & helpful. Room was good size & a large bathroom with shower. Good amounts of hot water. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Took dinner, good choice of 3 course menu which was very reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent with a very good selection. Perhaps Brits would miss their cooked breakfast. I enjoyed a large choose & great coffee. I would definitely mark this as an excellent find. Plenty of parking.

The location is excellent, a quiet village, ten minutes from the highway. The attitude of the owner of the apartment was inviting. The apartment is very comfortable, neat, organized and clean. We enjoyed ourselves and will come back again.

    Beautiful small town, an emerging city kind of. If you are Muslim traveler, there are many shops for halal food. We ate in Curry house, Istanbul Kebab, Carlos pizza etc. So many parks for kids. and the zoo is very neat. Well communicated.

    Modern and well equipped hotel, close to freeway to Madrid, good parking. We used the hotel as a convenient location to go to Madrid airport with a hire car after 3 weeks in Spain. It suited our needs, provided an evening meal and a good breakfast. We discovered that while we were alone for dinner, breakfast was packed as all the other knowledgeable Spanish guests knew where the good local restaurants were, and we did not. However the hotel did provide a very good dinner for us. We appreciated the walk in shower as requested

    Good chain hotel with decent facilities. Reasonably priced. Great location as it’s on the ring road on the edge of Guadalajara so it’s easy to get to and to park, but also easy to walk into town (15 minutes or so to get into the heart of the old town).
