The first room we were put into was roadside and noisy and ugly. Fortunately when we asked, the host offered us a better room on the 3rd floor. Still with no view but with a good sized balcony that drowned out most of the road noise. There is plenty of undercover parking and a good bus service into Santander just down the road from the apartment and also several supermarkets very close by. I was able to use Uber eats and could adjust the settings on the TV to watch English speaking films & TV programs in English. Only a couple of minutes drive or 10 minute walk into the town with plenty of shops, bars, cafes, etc. Restaurant/bar at the hotel offered a good varied menu & food was really good.
