This is the best hotel that provides services that make guests feel comfortable. When I felt lost in the place I wanted to go, he said it was close and accompanied me. Then, the receptionist at that place told me that there was a place I wanted to go next, so please call a taxi. Even though it is a five-star hotel, it is very kind without being pretentious, and I became a fan of this hotel. And I love the city of Jerez! We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and made such a fuss of our 9 month old baby girl. The beds were very comfortable. The location was brilliant. Just outside are two cafes and a children's park which our little one loved. Within two minutes, you were in the town centre. Paid parking was close by too. The receptionist was very kind and allowed me to borrow her phone charger as I had forgotten to take mine with me (was secretly hoping the phone ran out of battery so I didn't have to answer it 😂) The room was bigger than we expected too so very good value for money.
