I loved the cheese museum and the archives of the bullfighter who got gored fatally in Manzanares in 1934. I loved the 13 euros menu lunch at Menano. The hotel is spotlessly clean, we had a large room with a Juliette balcony, and a massive bathroom. Excellent value for money and free parking. If you are looking for something different this is certainly a good option with the castle being the hotel one is staying in. Good price/value.
