We booked a double room, but once we arrived we got informed that the room we wanted was unavailable. The staff gave us a suite instead which we really enjoyed. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff were also kind enough to show us a parking spot for our car.

Prefect location for our first visit to Salamanca. Parking under the hotel is secure and safe. The cathedral and Plaza Major within an easy 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Great room with a fabulous view of the city.

We love this hotel! We were quite ill shortly after arriving and needed to extend our stay an additional day and the hotel staff graciously made it happen even though they were full. The valet also put bottled water in our car! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is charming and multi-lingual and the junior suite is very comfortable and a bargain for the price. I also loved the selection of pillows and the unscented bedding and towels. We look forward to returning another time.
