The patios were a wonderful surprise. We enjoyed the Bistro indoor and outdoor for wine and dinner. The grounds were lovely and it was a very easy trip to the airport for our flight.

We really loved this hotel! The location is fantastic, the rooms are spacious and everything is very clean. The view of the forest is simply stunning, and in the morning the birdsong is absolutely beautiful. We liked it so much that we actually came back — we were on a road trip and it was very convenient that the hotel has its own parking. It’s also close to Bilbao, with an easy and comfortable drive. At first, we planned to stay just one night, but we liked it so much we returned and stayed another night. The breakfast was excellent, the pool was great — everything was just perfect. The bed was very comfortable, including the pillows, and the room had everything we needed. It was also a lovely surprise to receive a complimentary bottle of wine. A perfect stay!

Everything about this place was amazing. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed. The staff were very lovely, friendly and helpful. The location is stunning and the place is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner. Both of exceptional quality We are so happy we discovered this gem. Would definitely recommend.

    Hospitality was wonderful. we couldn’t speak the same language but they made us feel very welcome, went out of their way, were somehow able to understood each other. The food & beverages were well priced and good portions. Located in the centre of town we were able to see most on foot. No problem parking car behind hotel. Not forgetting it is a hotel so it was quiet basic, bit of noise but it was pleasant atmosphere

    Very nice old palace surrounded by golf course. The hotel is well restored keeping the architecture and flair. The personal is very polite and reactive. Fantastic breakfast with very good variety of local products. Very nice landscape and view. Free parking with a lot of space.

    two of the best decisions we made on our holiday were to book a stay here and then to order dinner. It was out of this world. Ana and Joseba were fantastic hosts who in the course of 24 hrs made us feel like family Can’t recommend the hotel and hosts highly enough

    We came back to this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and everything was just as wonderful as always. There are lovely horses nearby and a charming countryside atmosphere that makes the place feel really special.
