This was an absolutely wonderful and adorable property! It is located right in the heart of the old city of Peratallada. The property is in a very old set of buildings, so staying there is like stepping back in time, except with modern conveniences and comforts. Our bed was comfortable, our shower was hot, our breakfast was delicious, and our hostess was very friendly and helpful.

Magical hotel! The staff are super friendly and helpful, they provided a map and gave us all the tips for exploring Begur. The breakfast was great and the pool was amazing to enjoy after a day at the beach. Five-star location, just a few steps from the center and the castle!

    The most beautiful stay at Hostal La Riera. A quaint family run business who went above and beyond for us during our stay. The room was spotless which made us even more comfortable and mini bar items were really well priced. The hotel is located in the most magical village and the area itself is beyond stunning. You wouldn't be disappointed visiting and staying here. We'd definitely be back if we're ever back in this part of Spain again. Thank-you so much for having us!

    We really enjoyed it! It is an amazing location, with plenty of space in our room and super breakfast. The location has a gorgeous terrace and a really nice interior. Calaliu is in the medieval village of Peratallada, which is in a beautiful, rural area and is a stunningly attractive village. The owners were super friendly, helpful and flexible. Overall a great experience !

    We had a fantastic time, Gloria and all were so accommodating and friendly. We felt most welcome, enjoyed our rustic room, and the cuddles with the 4 dogs. We also recommend to have dinner at the hotel, due to language barrier we did not know what to expect and it was super tasty and surprising. We absolutely loved our stay! And everything smelled so nice.

    If you have not been to Peratallada then you have missed out - superb. Hotel Aatu is superb and your hostess Joanna cannot do enough to ensure your stay is a good one.
