I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent., and the entire property is very well maintained and peaceful. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly, which made the stay even more pleasant. The food in the restaurants is outstanding, and the Rooftop restaurant offers a beautiful view. Breakfast is also very good. A small remark: the outdoor swimming pool is a bit small. A special thanks to Mary Benítez and Jordi Mulet for their exceptional service, their extraordinary understanding, and for always fulfilling guests‘ wishes with great care and kindness.

The breakfast was superb. A vast selection of choice, fresh local ingredients, eggs cooked to order. The staff were very professional and friendly. I celebrated my birthday whilst there and they prepared a delicious muffin with a candle.

The staff- and it starts at check in and arrival . All the service in the restaurant . as well as staff in the spa....they are all the cheerful, polite and helpful individuals. They were all so kind and willing to please the guests in a respectful manner. The menu is not large but tailored around the local produce, most coming from the hotel's own garden. The rooms, are modeled on the "convent-style", basic but are equipped with everything one would expect in a luxury hotel.

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms in the centre of Pollença! The hotel was very neat and clean and the rooms were very nice and spacious. The little swimming pool with terrace on the roof was perfect if you wanted to cool down. When you step foot out of the hotel, you are right in the centre of Pollença, without any noises from outside!

This is a lovely hotel. The building and gardens have been beautifully designed, keeping the period detail but making it very comfortable. The staff were delightful and welcoming as it is a family run hotel, so it feels personal. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but the breakfast was outstanding. So much choice, with very healthy options.

    Pollenca old town is one of our favourite destinations, unsure why we haven’t been back for nearly 10yrs! It hasn’t changed much, still has a beautiful charm, relaxing atmosphere and wonderful shops and restaurants even during the busy August we just went - it did not feel overcrowded. We took the kids to Puerto Pollenca beach which is fun for tacky souvenirs and all the snacks they love however it is very very different and not recommended if you prefer a relaxing break. The beaches and coves at Cala San Vincente were much more picturesque!

    Love Pollenca and visit every year.

    Love Pollenca and visit every year. Highlights are fabulous bars and restaurants; Q11, La Fonda, La Scalinata, El Moli, Respire and U Gallet. Although Calvari Steps and Placa Major are big attractions, wandering around the back streets is simply wonderful.

    The room was perfect and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The court yard & pool was beyond beautiful. It was located just a few small blocks from the city square. Absolutely perfect in every way.

    Very charming town - pretty streets and squares with plenty...

    Very charming town - pretty streets and squares with plenty of restaurants and shops. In June the town wasn't overrun by tourist and a nice relaxed atmosphere - the waiters and bar personnel were excellent and very friendly throughout. The Sunday market is well worth a visit as the local produce and iconic produce such as Iberico ham freshly carved is very good.

    Great location.

    Great location. Excellent for ebiking many locations within 10 km on road and quiet roads and off road. Beach awesome. Dining and shopping good. Chill and quiet at night! Loved pollensa market, alcudia beaches and biking trails, the formentor and beaches there.

    Super cute little house, which used to be an old tailor’s shop, in the old town. Well kitted out kitchen, comfy beds, good aircon and water pressure. and a great little terrace. We were able to check in early and leave our bags for a few hours after check-out, which was very helpful. Nice touches including a bottle of local wine, and umbrellas and a cool box for trips to the beach etc. Would recommend and stay again, gracias!

    Everything was perfect! One of the best places I've ever stayed at. What a beautiful hotel! The location was amazing. Literally on the main square of Pollenca. I opened my window every morning to that beautiful, picturesque view of the town and the mountain. How stunning! The room was spotlessly cleaned. I loved it. If I ever go back to Mallorca, I'll definitely rebook it. Muchas gracias! You made our holiday even better!

    Exceptional property in a very quiet and private location pretty much on the opposite side of the golf course and a very short drive from old town Pollensa. The standard of cleanliness is excellent with a mid week clean and change of bathroom towels. All the bedrooms are large and comfortable with efficient air conditioning. The owners are very welcoming and friendly making this property an exceptional place to stay
