Lovely typical Spanish breakfast (coffee, juice and something sweet). The staff was friendly and helpful. The area was cheap and peaceful but not to far from the main attractions so would definitely recommend staying there to save some money

The contact was very good and helpfull. Location was super convinient as we stayed on Cruilla Festival. Tram and metro near by so access to centre with ease. Grocery at the corner Apartment easy to cool as it has many large windows. It has a lot of space and large taras to chill

Lovely friendly host who helped with advice for things to do in the area and was there to respond to any queries throughout the stay. Was very flexible with check in and check out times around her schedule which was great. Great property in a perfect location for access to the train and tram network.

Laura, the host, was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She provided great tips on navigating the city and recommended interesting attractions, which really enhanced our experience. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped for a comfortable visit. Its location is convenient, with both a train and bus stop just a few minutes away, making it easy to get around. However, there are a few things to consider. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building with no elevator, which made access quite difficult—especially for those with luggage or young children. Additionally, given the building's age, the apartment's size, and the overall external condition, I felt it was somewhat overpriced. I believe the management should review the pricing in light of these factors. That said, Laura’s attentiveness and support made a big difference, and overall, I would still recommend this place.

    The apartment has a very nice location, but the response to...

    The apartment has a very nice location, but the response to requests is very weak. We faced a problem with the air conditioners, and no one contacted us until the next day, when the coffee machine was not working. We reported it, but there was no response during our 10-day stay. The apartment needs some maintenance, in addition to the presence of insects.

    Staff were all very helpful - there was a 24 hour snack service if required i did not use this service -value for money - private bathroom - compact but functional - lift working - internet offered but i did not use that service - small but sufficient continental breakfast to start the day was included but check your booking - i would rebook if i visit barcelona again

    Good budget friendly place to stay while visiting Barcelona.

    Good budget friendly place to stay while visiting Barcelona. Plenty of local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Has a Metro station from where its easy to reach any other part of Barcelona. After spending two nights there, in my opinion, it seems like a safe area with a low crime rate.

    Terrible hosts.

    Terrible hosts. Failed to meet at agreed check in, and 2.5 hours late. Ignored communications. Description inaccurate - 50 steps to climb with cases. Smaller than photos suggest. So bad we did not stay a single night but moved to a better accommodation. Trying to get a refund but host lied to booking for com.

    Lots of great restaurants within walking distance at a lower price point than we found elsewhere in Barcelona. Most places closed pretty early which was unfortunate with jet lag, but there were a couple restaurants open till midnight and a 24 hour market.

    We asked for a different room because the first one smelled...

    We asked for a different room because the first one smelled of cigarettes. The second one still did but a bit less so we figured this would be the best we could get. The room has direct view to the highway, the air conditioning probably hasn’t been cleaned for a decade, so I got an allergic reaction from it. Breakfast is just a sandwich, coffee and juice from the bar downstairs. They say they have Parking but is always “full” so we had to pay 18 euros per day to park the car. Super super overpriced for the area and the overall experience. It was fairly clean. Would not stay here again, neither would recommend it.

    If you’re looking for something outside of the city centre but still close to amenities, this is a great choice. Lidl is a 10 minute walk away, with a variety of smaller convenience shops right on the doorstep. Metro is a short walk away too. Great fridge, dishwasher, TV, washer and dryer - had everything needed for an extended stay. The two balconies are a lovely touch and the pool is a really nice addition - a lot of great sun traps!

    The apartment was wonderful, and the host was super friendly and helpful. It's in a great location, not far from the city, which can be easily reached by train or tram. The beach is nearby, and there's a big store close if you want to cook at home. We also received great recommendations from the owner about places to eat and visit. The apartment is well-furnished, renovated, and has a washing machine. Definitely a great place to stay!

    We were in the city most of our time so we didn't spend much time at the Hotel. If you look for a cheap place to sleep this is good option. Takes you about 15 -30 minutes into the city, depending on where you want to go. There is a bus all nightlong, which stops directly in front of the hotel. Many nice and cheap Cafes places around the corner.

    Very good lokalization, 5 minutes to metro, market accross the street. Clean service every day, very helpful stuff. We steyed for 5 days and equipment was ok for that time. Probably not for much longer, becouse there are no wardrobes in the room
