Everything! The villa was amazing, spacious, the rooms were very well equipped, all the facilities worked perfectly. Also, the pool was a great addition and the possibility to make a barbecue was a plus. It was helpful that a supermarket was close.

I really enjoyed living in this apartment. Wonderful location, cozy interior with everything necessary for life, stunning view from the balcony. What else do you need to have a good time? There are many restaurants with cuisine for every taste near the apartment in a 2-3-minute walk. Free parking is very close by. Separately, I would like to note the attitude of the apartment owner towards the guests: Stephen was always in touch, helping to resolve any issue that arose. I am very grateful to him for his help.

Our stay in the apartment was excellent, it went beyond our expectations. The small inconveniences were solved very quickly, even faster than we expected. The residence was very quiet, and we often had the swimming pool all to ourselves. The location was perfect — away from the city noise but only 5 minutes from the sea. We are more than happy with our stay and really appreciate the professionalism. Thank you!

A fantastic place to spend a holiday on Lanzarote. The apartment is perfect for two people. Clean, comfortable, and has a very well-equipped kitchen. A large fridge with a freezer. The hostess welcomed us with a delicious bottle of wine. The apartment has a balcony with the view of the Atlantic. The balcony faces south, but is equipped with a parasol and a retractable awning for sun protection. Near the apartment, there's a Spar supermarket, open even on Sundays, and numerous restaurants. Parking was always available. Guests have access to the swimming pool, just a few steps down.

Stunning property, very high end facilities and decor. Beautiful views. Stefano and Rosanna were incredible hosts, they went above and beyond to make our one night stay perfect. So very helpful and kind. If you like a peaceful break this is the place to go.

    A small town with plenty of people around using the facilities for their daily life. Not a lot of choice of places to eat but enough the fakily run Spanish Taverna was amazing this I would recommend the best value ever and so friendly. Shut on a Sunday so you are warned lol!!!

    Cleanliness of the duvet they should never happen stained with bloods. We are very conscious of the very clean so we stripped all beds and put them in the laundry and to find that there was blood stains on our duvet cover was absolutely disgraceful, and if I don’t hear back from Booking .com with some sort of compensation, I will put this on TripAdvisor .

    Area was clean, plenty of dining and bar options, lovely beach and friendly. Bit windy when we visited and needed a longsleeve jacket/hoodie in the evenings once sun dropped but it was Easter and Lanzorote is pretty windy for the majority, just more than usual during this trip. Would visit again

    For us the location was king !

    For us the location was king ! A few hundred meters to a supermarket the Albatros & the main strip for bars & eateries, TBH I couldn't have been any happier with the location if I'd tried. And to be fair the host never iterated how close we were to everything !

    Tias is not a tourist town so quite typically Spanish.

    Tias is not a tourist town so quite typically Spanish. It is quite quiet but we enjoyed that and had the option of the busy coastal resorts when we wanted. Tias has a few bars, an Italian and Mexican restaurant as well as a couple of good Tapas bars.

    Very quiet neighbourhood but close to beach and walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Perfect for peaceful break but giving easy access to explore the island. Not commercialized like PDC or Playa Blanca but enough facilities to cater for evening out. Perfect for watching The planes coming in! Be aware that if you are near the edge of the airport you do get the noise of planes taking off which can be quite loud but we didn't find it a problem at all. We always now come to this area rather than Playa Blanca as so much more chilled. Several bars showing sports and Irish bars. Recommend Great Wall Chinese restaurant along the seafront -always freshly cooked and so tasty! Takeaway pizzas easy to get in the shopping centre that has sports bars and restaurants.

    Our host was very accommodating, attentive and friendly. She went the extra mile and allowed us to access the property much earlier than we expected. The location was quiet and easily accessible. If you like walking you can walk into Puerto Del Carmen in just over an hour. Or get the bus ☺. There is a supermarket locally and some nice restaurants within easy walking distance. The bed was super comfortable and, combined with the quiet location, we had 7 great nights sleep.

    I've been to lanzarote many many times. My favourite place I've stayed on the island. Apartment goes above and beyond expectations. A beautiful homely property with a pretty little garden. You could hear a pin drop at night. So quiet. The built in mosquito nets onto the windows are a fantastic addition, meaning windows and fresh air can come in at night. The Apartment is extremely well equipped. I must say the owners were fab, and always on the end of the phone. 5 stars ✨

    What a beautiful and peaceful stay!  Great host, very welcoming and helpful. Very clean and more spacious than the pics show,  with added touches like coffee and fruit.  The pool is lovely and extra towels provided too. About 50 mins walk to Puerto del Carmen (all downhill) and around 10 euro for a taxi back. Perfect if you wish to stay somewhere a bit quieter.  Would definitely stay here again ❤️

    Fantastic location. Lovely heated pool at a charge of 25 euros per day on top of accomodation cost. Very nice area of Lanzarote. Not too far away from the strip in a quiet neighbourhood.
