Cahors is a nice little city.
Cahors is a nice little city. There isn't much spectacular to see or do, but it kept me busy for a day. The medieval bridge is nice, the cathedral was worth a visit, and it's nice to walk next to the river that encircles the city. Keep in mind, on Sundays, nearly everything is closed. Cahors is a lovely old town which was great for an overnight stop. However, don't go on a Sunday or Monday as most places are closed, especially in the old town which was the part we were mainly interested in. Had a fab meal in L'Auberge restaurant in the old part of the town. We had to google restaurants that were open Sunday evenings and this came up.
