    Quiet little town with a port.

    Quiet little town with a port. Easy to find nice places to eat. Not too touristic during winter. Nice spa thalasso around. Not for anyone who seeks out party places. There is also a reasonably priced Moroccan eatery Le Sable d’Or that serves authentic cous cous and home made baklava! There is also a great seafood restaurant, Le Restaurant La Regate, at Hotel Les Sable Blancs.

    We had the most amazing stay. The hosts were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. My husband and I were visiting (bike touring) and we were assisted with maps, cycle routes, restaurants, coastal paths to walk, etc. The breakfasts were delicious with a variety of foods, including a stunning view of the sea. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. We would not hesitate to return as it’s a beautiful town with lovely people.

    Very nice view of the port from breakfast room (and from my bedroom, chosen with view). Simple but clean and comfortable (I slept very well!) 10-min walk to the Rhu port wharf, where there are some restaurants (I had there a nice fish & chips on the wharf with Muscadet wine and tasty local ale beer - at Pesket booth).

    The best night's sleep I've had in ages. Very peaceful, beautiful gardens. Close to nice beaches and coves. A short walk on paths to marina/harbour for a relaxed drink on the quayside. Wonderful restaurant for .meals. will certainly recommend.
