Nice building. Quiet suburb however noise from nearby planes and trains. The host was responsive. 2 mins from Cernay station which is 20 minutes to Gare du nord but to travel to the main attractions in Paris you need 1 hour.

I arrived very late and the owner ensure that I was sent details of how to get into the hotel and my room as it was after the reception opening times. The hotel has a beautiful facade and my room was large and very comfortable. I will definitely return.

This hotel is fantastic and I will definitely be back if I am in Paris again. We had our connecting flight at CDG cancelled after midnight. Many flights were cancelled at the same time due to a big thunderstorm and people were stranded - it was pretty dramatic. We called more than 10 hotels only to be told that they were all full. This hotel was a godsend. Booking com allowed us to reserve a room at 2am for the day before and then we jumped in a taxi to go to the hotel. The front desk staff was amazing!!! Seeing how lovely the room was after such an ordeal felt like a miracle. Good water pressure in the shower, too.

All the staff were great! from check in to check out experience were smooth. Not forgetting the guys on the 8th floor, the breakfast team, they were fab!! The cleaners were nice too, merci to both ladies. The rooms are spacious, you have English TV channels as well as French. I hope to visit again this summer.
