Everything! Hosts were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, location was beautiful, food was delicious (especially the smoked salmon pizza) and bed was comfortable! Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary and we had a really really great time! The hotel is very clean and the room was perfect to celebrate our anniversary :-) We enjoyed at Aquamotion very much ( I recommend everyone to select the room which you have access to go to Aquamotion ) The hotel’s restaurant we went was delicious and all the people at the hotel were so nice to dog. We just love this hotel. Thank you!

I would like to recognize absolutely incredible efforts of the reception team who made our stay truly exceptional. I think it was one of the best treatment I have ever experienced in hospitality. The team made sure we have comfort from the beginning and prepared all possible reservations for the dinners and parties as well as provided a very useful guidance and was extremeky tolerant to our delays. neat, spotless and well furnished. The highlight must be the service of the front desk and the young men are super attentive and nothing is too much trouble. enjoyed this stay more than my last on at Meribel in a 5star. well done team Le savoy.

Everything. The staff were amazing. Were arrived late and hadn't booked a meal but they went out of their way to feed us a full 3 course meal which included a beer, a large beer. The rooms were clean and spacious, beds very comfortable and the view was second to few.

We both had skiing accidents unfortunately near the end of our trip, and the help we got from (I think) the manager was very sweet. They really make you feel like they actually care. The whole vibe of the hotel is so cosy instead of a factory where you are a number. They had a great cosy pub with fireplace in the hotel downstairs, feels like a living room in the afternoons. They also have a sauna with foot massage devices you could reserve. All great after a good day of skiing. It is located right on the Main Street so super convenient for restaurants or quick shopping/groceries. Even with the accident, we can say we had a great time in Valmorel, which is a beautiful area, and we will look back at hotel du Bourg fondly!

Great breakfast with amazing quality. The hotel has direct access to the ski slopes and is less than 100m from a central lift. The hotel personnel was quite friendly and always willing to assist and support in whatever was needed, from suggesting to booking restaurants, providing transport and always checking on us.
