Jausiers is on the crossroads of two slightly different routes of the Route des Grandes Alpes: one via Col de la Bonette and another one via Col de la Cayolle. The Route is magnificent. Our room, in the annex, was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay went without a hitch. The bar is novel, set outside in the shade of a large tree which must be delightful in the summer. Dinner was outstanding, one of the best meals of a high quality tour, and was matched by breakfast.
