From that moment on, our large family was treated with an extraordinary level of attention that truly set our stay apart. Despite traveling as a big group, we never felt like “just another reservation” — the staff anticipated our needs and took care of every single detail as if they knew us personally. Their personalized service felt like something out of a dream: seamless room service that turned our evenings into cozy, candlelit moments, perfectly presented with glassware and cloches; attentive concierge support that helped craft delightful outings and surprises for our kids; and thoughtful room setup that made every one of us feel seen and valued. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Lots of choices everything very fresh. The bread and smoked salmon especially good! The location was lovely in a beautiful atrium. As the restaurant was closed on the night we were there we ate in the bar and the service was superb. The food was lovely small plates of charcuterie for example. The welcome from the staff and their fantastic customer service was amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We had taken our dog with us and they even checked in that we had everything we needed for her stay and she'd been comfortable. The spa was very nice, particularly the sauna and jacuzzi.

Nice calm hotel to stop for a night. Private parking. Friendly staff. Although there is no bar, possible to get some drinks at the hotel. There is a restaurant next to the hotel, but it was closed. Monday (rest day). Good enough breakfast.
