We stayed here twice in one week after having a great first stay. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities you could want, including a mini fridge. The views from the Juliet balcony were a dream and the value was excellent.

I really liked this hotel. The building, derelict for years, has been beautifully restored with excellent attention to historic detail. The furnishings and fixtures are modern and sit well in the space. Comfortable public spaces. Gorgeous walled pool area with comfortable loungers and sofas (pool shut at time of visit - understandably as it was December). Just off the exquisite medieval square it is calm and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is not a full restaurant but the soup was homemade and the meat and cheese platter plentiful. Perfect 'snacking'. Breakfast was buffet and more continental in style. The bedroom suite was huge with an enormous old fireplace an intetesting feature in the large sitting room. Lighting was elegant, switch and plug fittings stylish and everywhere. The bathroom was cleverly designed with a huge drench shower and a separated WC. Bed was super comfortable. We had a perfect stay and wished it had been longer.

Lovely property ! Very clean, comfy and quite large. Our hosts , as a last minute request, made us the most gorgeous, beautifully presented ham and cheese salad, fit for a banquet. They couldn’t do enough for us - lovely people ! The best stay of our holiday for sure , thoroughly recommend !

Spacious and full of character, in a peaceful setting close to a lovely village. Mirelle is a warm and welcoming host who goes out of her way to make your stay comfortable. And she prepares a really great breakfast. We felt at home straight away and would definitely recommend.

We are a group of friends exploring the Dordogne. An early check in was wonderful which allowed us to enjoy a lovely BBQ on the pool terrace with a sunny 19 degrees. The gites are exceptionally well presented and equipped with comfortable high quality beds. We would not hesitate to return if in the region.

    There isn't anything in walking distance, but all the main attractions of the Dordogne are within an hour's drive, and the small towns of Montpazier and Villereal which are very close by are great for restaurants and bars in the evening.

    Beautiful rural location Gite was set in lovely gardens with a well maintained pool for sole use Hosts were relaxed and friendly yet gave total privacy Outdoor seating and dining spaces lovely too with views over garden and countryside Inside gite was spacious well equipped with plenty of storage making it very very comfortable All in all a fantastic stay in a traditional and fantastic gite
