This is a beautiful property managed by a friendly and helpful staff. The owner offered some very good suggestions for things to see in St. Malo. The breakfast offered was exceptional, featuring local products. the hotel has onsite parking, a real bonus with the very narrow streets in St. Malo.

The hotel is very cute and right in the Intra Muros main street, making it close to everything. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable, the breakfast was very nice and the hosts were amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to make our stay an exceptional one. So much so that, since on our last day we had to leave very early in order to catch a ferry, they surprised us with a prepacked (gluten free!) breakfast for us to take along with us. As if all this were not enough, the hotel is also excellent value for money. We can wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Amazing chateau, very beautiful inside as well as outside. The people are also amazing and welcome, make you feel home and relaxed. The restaurant is very nice in the property, there is a Loft as wellend a convenient parking. Breakfast was awesome. Very much recommend, all was top!!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, especially the staff. I booked this hotel because my teenage children’s boat was cancelled so they had to stay in St Malo for the night and get the early boat the next morning. The following morning when I realised they were still asleep 45 minutes before the boat was due to leave, I called the hotel, the staff not only called the room to wake them up for me, they even drove them to the harbour to avoid the 15 minute walk. Talk about exceptional kindness. I would definitely recommend this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff , on 15 of September after one week of stay there - I came to report the claim to my company but I find that my invoice lost I was looking everywhere for the invoice because the company will ask me to report it. I couldn't find it, so I decided to contact hotel. At first, I thought, 'They probably won't respond, just like my experience with another hotel.' But within two minutes, I received the invoice! Unbelievable." And also during stay they are very helpful to guide and assist
