This hotel is so well run. All the Staff are trained to the highest standard. Helpful. Knowledgeable cheerful especially Orane the Receptionist who went out of her way to give us directions and local information. Our room lacked nothing.large.well furnished comfortable. The Chef is innovative and the food is different and delicious. Cannot praise this hotel enough. .

Overall the place was really good, literally right across the train station, close to supermarkets and restaurants, and about 20 mins of walking distance from the stadium. The check-in was very smooth, the room was very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. Recommended

Although it wasn't easy to find in the dark (and rain), the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was comfortable - an excellent shower - with a large bed. The restaurant was a great surprise. Not only was the food exceptional but the wine menu was pretty good too. All in all, a really good hotel with excellent staff - oh, and the breakfast was yummy too. Have to give this hotel top marks.

Good selection for breakfast, something for everyone. We arrived after midnight and the security guard who greeted us was very nice and helpful. The room was spotless and very spacious for a family room and the shower was great.

    Lovely, stylish accommodation just outside Lens.

    Lovely, stylish accommodation just outside Lens. Host was brilliant, very welcoming and friendly, able to speak good English. Secure garage for car. Apartment is on 2 floors, spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished in an antique or vintage style. Breakfast options provided too. One night stopover on way down to Alps. We loved our short stay there, thank you Aurelia!
