It was a really good location with access to city centre and amenities nearby (shopping, bus stop etc) Accommodation was very spacious and had everything we needed - well stocked kitchen equipment, TV with streaming services, plenty of spare linens and towels. We were well communicated with throughout, included pre-arrival when there was a plumbing issue with our originally booked house, but Madame De souter sorted alternative accommodation very easily, just around the corner that satisfied our needs too.

Very friendly staff, the room was light and spacious and the club room was very convenient even though I didnt think I would use it as much as I eventually did. The free drinks and snacks are a super bonus! Located right in the city center. Parking easily accessible next door, be aware that if ypu need to go to your car during your stay you'll need to bring your parking ticket to open te door.

The hotel is very clean an it is well located. The bus L5 passes in front of the hotel and it takes you to the center of the city in 20 minutes. I didn’t pay the room with breakfast, but I ate in the cafe twice. The buffet is incredible and they allow you to make your own fresh orange juice. The room is very comfortable and it has a safe. There is a restaurant called Felicie and it has the most delicious food

The property is great. The room was modern and clean and very comfortable. The staff are so welcoming, they can not do enough for you. And the restaurant and bar are amazing. The location was spot on for us as we came in via Eurostar and the hotel was a five minute walk from the station.

Easy to find, large, comfortable room, bathroom excellent as was the breakfast. Right alongside Lille Bondues airfield. A must stopover for light aviation fans and old former private pilots like myself! Will definitely return when next in the area. Can highly recommend
