The hotel is fantastic, with everything designed very delicately and perfectly. The room is very beautiful and fully equipped with amenities. The kids' club and gym are fantastic, and there's an indoor heated swimming pool. The staff is extremely attentive, the restaurant is luxurious and the food is delicious. I truly don't understand why some people give this hotel low review scores. 10/10

Lovely two bedroom house in a rural village close to Epernay in the Champagne district. There are no shops in the village but it is very close to villages with all facilities. You need a car to fully appreciate the joys of Champagne here, but I’d argue that you do anyway. Guided tours of somewhere like Champagne can change the leisurely pace that life is lived here and limits the special little things that can be done like pic-nics, walks among the vines and fishing in La Marne. The house is impeccable in cleanliness and in style. It’s made to be a home away from home and has every possible amenity including washing machine and bikes. You can walk around the village of Vinay and do tastings at the many small Champage houses there.

Super spacious house, good beds, fully equipped kitchen. We loved the big terrace with morning and evening sun (garden is in the making). Quiet location, champagne house in the street but an easy drive to Epernay. Diane was a great host, super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back!

The owners did everything to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. Very good breakfast. Parking is just around the corner. Big room with great saunas and jacuzzi. Really thoughtfully decorated house just a short walk from city center.

The hotel is suitably located and you can reach town (Épernay, Reims, Champillion) & the vineyards easily & quickly by car. We used a rented a car and there was ample (free) parking. The hotel is beautiful decorated, neat & exceptionally clean. Everything was provided for in our room. The hotel runs more as self service, with no staff after 8pm. This did not have a negative for our stay. Everything was communicated clearly, including how to access our room for late check in. Value for money (one of the more affordable hotels we’ve stayed at).

    Great location close to Epernay but set in beautiful surroundings. The accommodation was good, very big comfy bed and clean. The downside was that the step coming out of the shower was badly damaged and actually dangerous.

    The hotel is very beautiful. The receptionists and the entire staff are very polite and attentive. We had a wonderful dinner experience. Our apartment was very cozy, elegant and comfortable, and champagne awaited us as a welcome. We had a beautiful balcony overlooking the garden. We didn't use the spa, but it looked really good. Our stay was an unforgettable experience!!

    Great location, comfortable rooms. Loads of parking space. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Despite the language barrier they went out of their way to be great hosts. We had to leave quite early the next day and they offered to do breakfast earlier for us which was a nice gesture. Bathroom was very big, with great shower.

    The house is really comfortable, the mattress in all rooms really comfy, the pool is perfect. Maxime is very supportive and the tasting provided was excellent. Also try the Gin, and ask for the Ileana's cocktail is really good. I will come back for sure, a lovely way to enjoy the champagne region in Vinay.

    A great stay in a well managed hotel. The owners were amazing! So kind and helpful. Gave us lots of information about the area including free travel tickets for use on the bus. Bus stop right outside the hotel for a 20 minute ride into Innsbruck.
