Beautifully located with great views. Freshly renovated throughout the rooms and lounge and bar areas. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Free parking. Everything just just worked. Would definitely stay again and for longer next time. Fantastic view at breakfast. Great food and breakfast options. Scottish breakfast of course but also eggs Benedict and Florentine and others. Dinner was also 5 stars. They obviously have a great chef on staff. They also had usb charging on both sides of the bed. They really did think of everything.

This house is wonderful! It is has a great sea view from the big living room at the first floor, the kitchen is provided by everything you can need to prepare your meals. The interior is furnished with very good taste. We really had a good time here.

We loved every part of our stay! This is a new B&B with lovely furnishing and decoration. The hosts are very friendly! Breakfast was above expectation! Beautiful situated near the shore.

Dinner was fantastic. Zack was excellent helping us throughout the process of checking in, and then serving us at dinner. EVERYTHING! The staff, decorating/style, warm welcome and warm rooms. Fireplaces. FOOD! The grounds. I arrived with an injured foot and was met with concern and given a ground floor room. Could not fault this place and it’s my favourite place so far. We will be back!

The house was so comfortable, clean and tidy. It has got everything you need, kitchen utensils, washing machine, toaster, and big screen TV. The fireplace adds a nice touch to the property. If you drive an EV like us, dont worry about having a low battery since this property has got its own charging point and it is free usage for the guests. We had excellent stay at the property.
